A modality of somatic breathwork. Austin, Texas.

Breathwork, engineered.

Intentional, connected breathing, scored with original electronic sound, inside a room built on consent and pacing. This is the Cloud Breathwork Method.

A complementary practice that works alongside clinical care, never instead of it.

The method

Four things make it work

Try it right now

One round, four breaths, one hold

This is the practice in miniature: four connected breaths, a hold you release whenever you feel ready, one settling inhale. Sit or lie down first. Light dizziness or tingling can happen; the hold is only as long as it feels comfortable.

Disclaimer: this practice can make you dizzy. Only do it safely seated or lying down. Never in water, never while driving. If today is not the day, skip it and just read. Also fine.

The one-round pattern drawn as a wave: four breaths of four seconds in and four seconds out, then a hold after the final exhale for only as long as it feels comfortable, then one settling inhale that eases back down. One round; repeat only if it feels easy.

The signature

Scored like a set

Every session runs on original engineered soundscapes: build, peak, release. The rhythm paces the breath, and the frequencies give a racing mind something to entrain to. It is why people who cannot sit still in meditation go deep here.
