Your first session
Before
A short written screen for contraindications, and a conversation about what you are coming in with. Comfortable clothes, a light stomach, and that is all the preparation there is.
During
Guided rounds of intentional, connected breathing over the soundscape, with breath holds between rounds. Seated or lying down, everything invitational, your pace the whole way.
It can get real
Strong sensation, emotion, tears, laughter: all normal, all welcome, none required. You can opt down to slow breathing at any moment, no explanation needed.
After
Long exhales, stillness, and time to land before you speak or drive. Water, a quiet minute, and a plan for the rest of your day.
Breathwork is a complementary practice, not medical treatment or a substitute for clinical care. Never in water, never while driving.

Two sentences is plenty. We read every inquiry ourselves, respond within one business day, and the first conversation is just that: a conversation.
We scope it in a short conversation first, because private sessions, group classes, and organizational bookings are different things. Send an inquiry and we will take it from there. No pressure, no obligation.
None. Every round is guided from start to finish, and the sound carries the pacing so you never have to count or perform.
That is exactly what the written screening is for. Conditions like pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure, stroke or seizure history, glaucoma, severe asthma, or a recent psychiatric crisis route to a gentle doorway: slow guided breathing and stillness in the sound instead of intensity.
No. Breathwork is a complementary practice, never medical treatment and never a substitute for clinical care. It can sit alongside your existing program, and we are glad to coordinate with your clinical team.
