The credential
Certified in the Cloud Breathwork Method
The certification behind the facilitators, and the standard behind the certification.
The standard
What a certified facilitator is trained to hold
The practice itself
Guiding rounds of intentional, connected breathing and the breath holds between them, inside the 60 to 90 minute session arc: arrive, activate, hold and release, integrate.
The screening
Running the written pre-session screen for contraindications, and offering the gentle doorway (slow guided breathing, stillness in the sound) to every condition it catches.
The room
Holding a trauma-informed room, which means how the room is held: everything invitational, seated or lying down, a named opt-down at any moment, no explanation needed.
The sound
Working with the engineered soundscapes that score every session: build, peak, release, with the rhythm pacing the breath.
The limits
Knowing exactly what breathwork is not: a complementary practice, never medical treatment, never a substitute for clinical care, and never pushed past consent. Intensity is never the point; regulation is.
